HR Officer

Minimum experience 5 years in relevant position, preferably in development sector.

Can handle independently all HR functions and HR Strategic planning eg Recruitment, selection, HRD, Performance Management, HR Administration, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Budget, HR Audit etc.

Excellent IT skills MS Office, presentation skills, other digital HR tools.

Preferably Masters degree in HR eg MBA, MS, MPA.
