HR Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, fast-growing organization with a strong focus on people. This role supports the HR function in delivering efficient and effective employee experience. You will work closely with the HR team, impacting business operations across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
  • Assist with the administration of benefits, including medical insurance.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives and engage in cross-functional projects for process improvements.
  • Help organize training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics, offering insights to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
