• Defining roles, writing job descriptions, and establishing clear hiring criteria.
• Posting vacant positions on platforms like Indeed and managing recruitment campaigns.
• Reviewing resumes, conducting background checks, and filtering applicants through initial phone interviews.
• Structuring orientation, assisting with technical setup, and completing legal compliance paperwork for new hires.
• Verifying hours worked, calculating tax deductions, and issuing timely payments.
• Structuring and managing healthcare plans, insurance policies, and retirement programs.
• Evaluating industry salary trends to offer competitive wages and retain top talent.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, pipeline opportunities, and sales metrics using CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts for review by senior management.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
