HR Officer – 4/5 Star Hotel Experience (Hospitality Sector)

Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced HR Officer to join the HR team of a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on HR experience within 4 or 5-star hotels and a strong understanding of hospitality HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labor compliance.

This role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently manage daily HR activities while supporting hotel operations and workforce needs

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations for hotel staff
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, and personnel files
Coordinate recruitment activities for hotel roles including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and support staff
Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates
Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate inputs
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and hospitality HR standards
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, and MOL/GDRFA requirements
Support performance reviews, probation confirmations, and HR reporting
Liaise with department heads on manpower planning and HR issues

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in 4 or 5-star hotels (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of hospitality HR operations
Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
Experience handling hotel workforce documentation and visa processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates currently based in the UAE
Hospitality background is mandatory; non-hotel profiles will not be considered
Immediate or short notice period preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
