Job Summary:

The Assistant HR Officer will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records in of the Akhuwat institute Kasur. The individual will also help manage employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for Akhuwat Institute Kasur. 

·      Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive proper orientation and training for the Akhuwat Institute Kasur. 

·      Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and employment details of the Akhuwat Institute Kasur. 

·      Support the management of employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to the benefits of the Akhuwat Institute Kasur. 

·      Assist with the performance management process, including collecting feedback and coordinating evaluations at the Akhuwat Institute, Kasur.

·      Coordination with the head office for payroll processing of the Akhuwat Institute, Kasur. 

·      Aid in tracking attendance and managing leave requests, ensuring compliance with the institution’s policies. 

·      Participate in employee relations initiatives and help manage the employee separation process, including conducting exit interviews. 

·      Any task assigned by the reporting manager.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 

·      1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role. 

·      Proficient in MS Office Suite. 

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
