We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Officer
to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support

Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking

Support training and development initiatives
🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of relevant HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
-
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
