HR Officer – Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
  • Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Support training and development initiatives

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)


Note: Preference will be given to Bahraini nationals
