Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer (Female) to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration, along with strong communication skills and an active LinkedIn presence to support talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Utilize LinkedIn for candidate sourcing, talent hunting, and employer branding
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters and routine queries
- Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation
- Assist in disciplinary records, warning letters, and basic HR compliance documentation
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement, and retention activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws
- Provide general HR and administrative support to management as required
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR Officer or HR Executive role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong and active LinkedIn profile with experience in recruitment
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience in corporate recruitment and HR operations
