Job description:

Position Title: HR cum Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Overview

The HR cum PRO is responsible for handling all human resources functions, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll coordination, while also managing government-related processes such as visa applications, labour contracts, Emirates ID processing, and other PRO duties. The role ensures smooth HR operations and full compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and HR letters.

Maintain employee records and update HR systems.

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.

Provide guidance on company policies and HR procedures.

Manage employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.

Handle exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Responsibilities

Process all types of visas (employment, cancellation, renewal).

Handle labour cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, and other government paperwork.

Manage approvals, permits, and applications with:

MOHRE

Immigration

GDRFA

Free Zones (if applicable)

Municipality / DED / Economic Department

Ensure timely renewal of trade license and company documents.

Represent the company in all government communications.

Keep updated with changes in UAE labour law and immigration regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years experience in HR and PRO roles (UAE experience Required).

Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government portals.

Excellent communication skills (Arabic + English ).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Personal Qualities

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and authorities.
