HR Officer (Evening Shift)

Winklin is looking for a proactive HR Officer to support daily HR operations and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants practical exposure in a dynamic work environment.

Location: North Karachi (Near Power House), Karachi
Shift: Evening (03:00 PM – 12:00 AM) (may vary based on business needs)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end to end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, interviews)
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in routine HR operations

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience
• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
