Job Description:

As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing HR activities during the night hours. You will be responsible for data entry, ensuring accuracy in HR records, and providing support to our HR team. Your expertise in US HR policies will be vital in ensuring compliance and addressing any HR-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and manage HR data accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with US HR policies and procedures.

- Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping.

- Provide support and resolution for HR-related inquiries.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of US HR policies and employment laws.

- Proven experience in HR or related administrative roles.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining effective communication with the team.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- A team player who is adaptable and willing to contribute to a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working a night shift or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with HR software and databases.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Salary Range:

PKR 80,000 - 120,000 per month
