We're Hiring: HR Officer (Female)
Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support end-to-end recruitment activities along with core HR operational tasks in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
Qualification:
BBA/MBA specializing in HR from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Around 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and fulfill hiring needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage attendance, leave records, HR databases, and employee information systems.
- Process and maintain employee medical insurance records, including enrollments, additions, deletions, claims coordination, and related documentation.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, annual increments, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities.
- Handle EOBI-related matters, including employee registrations, record updates, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee training programs, maintain training records, prepare training reports, and support learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR letters and official documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, experience letters, transfer letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of HR operations and employee-related processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi
Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
