We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting payroll processes, handling HR operations through HCM/CRM systems, and driving technical advancements within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Utilize and maintain Flow HCM/CRM systems for employee records, performance tracking, and HR operations.
- Drive technical advancement by adopting and implementing modern HR tools and best practices.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and talent development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll assistance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM systems (Flow HCM experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
