The Reality Check: We don't need a "Recruiter." We need an HR Operator. ABS International is hiring an HR Officer to manage the daily life of our 140+ employees. You are the person who ensures the Attendance is marked, the Files are updated, and the Rules are followed. If you are an "Assistant HR" looking to step up and run the floor, this is your chance.

The "Officer's" Deal:

• Salary: PKR 60,000 - 80,000 (Fixed Base).
• The Role: 40% Admin, 30% Compliance, 30% Employee Relations.
• The Authority: You report directly to Senior Management.

Your Mission:

• Daily Ops: Monitor biometric attendance and late arrivals.
• Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee files (Contracts/NDAs).
• Discipline: Issue warning letters and manage floor decorum.
• Support: Assist in monthly payroll processing (Overtime/Deductions).
