HR Officer (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support daily HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling employee relations, and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in hiring decisions.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain positive workplace culture.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and probation confirmations.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate probation reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Follow up with managers regarding employee performance feedback.
  • Assist in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training programs.
  • Track training records and development plans.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
