The HR Officer – Operations & Compliance is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring adherence to statutory, labor law, and internal compliance requirements. The role focuses on accurate HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining compliance documentation in line with company policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases (HRIS).
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination activities.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings as per legal requirements.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Support communication of HR policies to employees and ensure adherence.
- Maintain employee handbook and policy documentation.
- Assist in disciplinary processes as per company policies and code of conduct.
- Promote a compliant and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.
- Basic to working knowledge of labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
