Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Officer – Payroll to manage payroll processing, employee records, attendance, and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll procedures, labor laws, and HR operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
  • Verify salary calculations, deductions, incentives, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with the finance department regarding salary transfers and payroll reports.
  • Handle WPS processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Prepare salary certificates, payslips, and employment-related documents.
  • Maintain employee files, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding, visa documentation, Emirates ID tracking, and employee renewals.
  • Monitor employee leave balances and attendance records.
  • Support recruitment and general HR administrative activities when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and management summaries.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, and HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS payroll system.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong grip on Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with ERP or HRMS systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with professional interpersonal skills.
