Job Title: HR Officer – Payroll (Female)

Location: 8 KM Thokhar Niaz Baig raiwand road Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete payroll processing on monthly basis ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Maintain and monitor TimeTrax attendance system, including shifts, late arrivals, overtime, leaves, and absentees.
  • Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance and time discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll sheets including basic salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, payroll files, and attendance reports.
  • Handle leave management (annual, casual, sick, and other leaves) through TimeTrax.
  • Generate payroll-related reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and deductions professionally.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payroll posting and reconciliation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee data at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll.
  • Strong command on TimeTrax attendance system (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of Pakistan labor laws and payroll practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
