Job Title: HR Officer – Payroll (Female)
Location: 8 KM Thokhar Niaz Baig raiwand road Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete payroll processing on monthly basis ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Maintain and monitor TimeTrax attendance system, including shifts, late arrivals, overtime, leaves, and absentees.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance and time discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll sheets including basic salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, payroll files, and attendance reports.
- Handle leave management (annual, casual, sick, and other leaves) through TimeTrax.
- Generate payroll-related reports for management and audit purposes.
- Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and deductions professionally.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payroll posting and reconciliation.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee data at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll.
- Strong command on TimeTrax attendance system (mandatory).
- Good understanding of Pakistan labor laws and payroll practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Female candidates preferred.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
