Job Description:
A. Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain a professional, respectful workplace.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
B. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Process the certificates, violations and clearance and ticketing.
- Process the leave , resignation, termination and other HR administrative task.
C. Performance Management
- Assist managers in performance appraisal processes.
- Track performance review cycles and support development plans.
D. Training & Development
- Coordinate staff training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Maintain training records and recommend relevant learning opportunities.
E. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Support the administration of employee benefits, insurance, and leave management.
F. Policy Implementation
- Help develop, review, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent policy application across departments.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
