Job Description:

A. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain a professional, respectful workplace.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.

B. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Process the certificates, violations and clearance and ticketing.
  • Process the leave , resignation, termination and other HR administrative task.

C. Performance Management

  • Assist managers in performance appraisal processes.
  • Track performance review cycles and support development plans.

D. Training & Development

  • Coordinate staff training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and recommend relevant learning opportunities.

E. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Support the administration of employee benefits, insurance, and leave management.

F. Policy Implementation

  • Help develop, review, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent policy application across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • QID and NOC (Required)
