Salary: PKR 50,000 – 55,000
Timings: 11:00 AM Onwards

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Management.

Requirements

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in HR or relevant field
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment & onboarding processes, including interview scheduling and orientations
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related assistance
• Coordinate HR meetings, surveys, and internal projects
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify improvement areas
• Work closely with line managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
