Job Purpose:
As an HR Officer, you will assist in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

Support HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and policy compliance.

Assist in organizing training and development programs.

Support employee engagement initiatives and events.

Help prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
