Manage contractual activities on Qiwa and social insurance transactions via GOSI.
Oversee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and renewals.
Prepare official HR letters and documentation.
Support training coordination and employee development initiatives.
Contribute to performance management, including goal setting and reviews.
Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for effective HR service delivery.
