HR Operation Mnager

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: UAE

Reports To: General Manager

Job Purpose

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee human resources and administrative operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals compliance requirements and operational excellence. The role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions setting up teams in dynamic environments and handling administrative processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Manage compensation, benefits and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee HRIS systems reporting and data integrity.
  • Supervise administrative functions including office leases, permits, procurement and travel/visa processes.
  • Liaise with government bodies, vendors and service providers.
  • Provide regional HR/admin support and ensure process consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Masters/HR certifications preferred).
  • 810 years HR & Admin experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
