1. Support key HR initiatives including job leveling, workforce planning, organizational design, and position management
2. Generate and analyze HR and business-related reports
3. Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights to leadership
4. Manage and improve employee data systems and structures

  • Manage and maintain employee data integrity within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, system access, and new hire orientation, to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, offering prompt and helpful responses.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analyses, using data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, contributing to the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive information.
