HR Operation Trainee

Job Purpose:

Semi Government is looking for HR Operation Trainee – Tamheer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to diverse projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist in employee requests such as salary certificates, letters, and HR forms.
  • Support medical insurance enrollment, deletion, and employee data updates.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and required documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and trackers.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in English Language


Tamheer Requirements:

• To be a Saudi citizen.

• Should hold a Bachelor’s degree .

• To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

• Shouldn’t have the practical experience more than one year registered in GOSI.

• Should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.
