Capgemini Egypt is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Analyst to support the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, strong coordination skills, and a passion for delivering seamless employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire to Onboarding:

Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, system setup, and induction scheduling.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Capgemini policies during hiring.

Maintain accurate records in HRIS and subcontractor databases.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
-
Support contract renewals, extensions, and offboarding processes.
-
Handle employee data updates, role changes, and access provisioning.

Liaise with payroll and finance teams for timely payments and deductions.
HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.

Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.

Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Delivery teams.

Act as a point of contact for employees queries related to HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or outsourcing environment.

Familiarity with HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Office.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
