HR Operations Assistant

We’re Hiring: HR Assistant @ uniCare Medical Centre, Dubai

uniCare Medical Centre is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team and support day-to-day HR operations across our clinics and corporate office.

As part of the HR team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions — from employee onboarding and documentation to attendance tracking, HRIS updates, and general employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR operations, including employee file management, data entry, and HR documentation.
• Support the onboarding and exit processes, ensuring timely completion of required formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requests and approvals.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as needed.
• Provide administrative support in recruitment, payroll coordination, and other HR activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minim 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations (preferably in healthcare).
• Must have good knowledge of Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
