HR Operations Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, HR data entry, and onboarding/offboarding processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle employee queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and manage offboarding for exiting employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into HR systems.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in HR reporting and coordination of HR activities.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage employee queries efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
