We’re looking for a HR Operations Associate who will independently manage everyday HR and office operations, support hiring, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and handle day-to-day employee matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across people, processes, and workplace operations, and can balance employee experience with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including onboarding and exit processes.
- Drive employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives
- Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and interview coordination
- Support offer rollout, joining processes, onboarding execution and hiring pipeline tracking
- Address routine employee concerns and workplace queries independently
- Own day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and facilities management
Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Qualifications
- 1 year work experience in HR operations, HR generalist or people operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields
- Knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations is a plus
