Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
HR Operations Associate
with hands-on experience in payroll processing and core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of statutory compliance, including EOBI, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements, along with experience working on multiple HR/payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management

Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, overtime, and bonuses

Maintain and validate attendance, leaves, and shift data

Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement
2. HR Operations

Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits)

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Manage EOBI registrations, contributions, and recordkeeping

Handle statutory payments and maintain relevant documentation for audits
4. Systems & Reporting

Work on multiple HRIS/payroll systems (3–4 systems preferred)

Generate HR reports including payroll summaries, headcount, and attendance

Identify and resolve discrepancies in HR data
5. Employee Support

Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1.5–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations/payroll

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (EOBI, labor laws)

Experience working on multiple HRIS/payroll systems

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
