Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and people-first Talent & People Operations Associate to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our Founder, you will serve as a key partner supporting both Talent Acquisition and HR operations across our clinic network. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to grow with a scaling organization.

You'll own the full candidate experience from first contact through offer, while also supporting broader People Operations initiatives — from onboarding through offboarding and beyond.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach

Proactively source candidates for clinical, operational, and administrative roles across Deluxe Med Spa's clinic network using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and direct outreach strategies.

First-Touch Candidate Experience

Own initial candidate outreach and conduct structured 15-minute introductory screens to assess fit, set expectations, and represent the Deluxe Med Spa brand with warmth and professionalism.

People Operations

End to end onboarding for new employees and supporting existing employees as needed.
