HR Operations & Compliance (Tawteen & MOHRE)
We are hiring a highly organized and compliance-focused HR professional to manage HR operational processes, Tawteen requirements, and MOHRE transactions within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MOHRE transactions including labour contracts, work permits, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
- Handle Tawteen requirements in line with UAE regulations
- Monitor Tawteen quotas and ensure continuous compliance with UAE labour regulations
- Manage establishment files and Tawteen-related requirements
- Prepare employment certificates, HR letters, and official employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with government entities and internal departments regarding HR operational matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Support labour inspections, audits, and compliance requirements when needed
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of HR Operations experience within the UAE
- Strong hands-on experience with MOHRE systems and labour transactions
- Practical knowledge of Tawteen, NAFIS, and UAE labour regulations
- Experience handling contracts, permits, and establishment compliance
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive HR matters professionally

This is a highly operational and compliance-focused HR role.
Only candidates with relevant UAE experience in MOHRE processes, Tawteen, and HR operations will be considered.
