HR Operations & Compliance (Tawteen & MOHRE)

We are hiring a highly organized and compliance-focused HR professional to manage HR operational processes, Tawteen requirements, and MOHRE transactions within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MOHRE transactions including labour contracts, work permits, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Handle Tawteen requirements in line with UAE regulations
  • Monitor Tawteen quotas and ensure continuous compliance with UAE labour regulations
  • Manage establishment files and Tawteen-related requirements
  • Prepare employment certificates, HR letters, and official employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with government entities and internal departments regarding HR operational matters
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Support labour inspections, audits, and compliance requirements when needed

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of HR Operations experience within the UAE
  • Strong hands-on experience with MOHRE systems and labour transactions
  • Practical knowledge of Tawteen, NAFIS, and UAE labour regulations
  • Experience handling contracts, permits, and establishment compliance
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive HR matters professionally

Important Note:

This is a highly operational and compliance-focused HR role.
Only candidates with relevant UAE experience in MOHRE processes, Tawteen, and HR operations will be considered.
