Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to support daily HR functions, recruitment activities, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in the recruitment/staffing industry and a strong understanding of HR processes in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
• Handle client interactions and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports.
