Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, NOCs, and salary certificates.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and systems access are properly managed.
  • Coordinate with PRO/government relations team to ensure timely processing of work permits, labor cards, Emirates ID, visas, medical testing, and residency renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, and free zone authority policies where applicable.

HR Generalist Functions

  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, or issues.
  • maintenance of performance documentation.
  • Maintain awareness of updates to UAE labor and immigration laws and assist with policy updates accordingly.
