HR Operations Management:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations.
Labor & Workforce Handling:
- Manage labor-related matters including workforce planning, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensure deployment efficiency.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams including frontline/logistics staff.
- Conduct regular field visits and HR connect programs to understand and address on-ground issues.
Logistics Operations Support:
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles.
- Support training and performance monitoring of logistics/delivery associates from an HR perspective.
Recruitment :
- Talent acquisition for operational and internal roles as needed.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Participate in mass hiring drives, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives when required.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR data, generate insights, and present regular reports on attrition, attendance, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations, with proven experience in handling labor-intensive environments.
- Preferred: Exposure to logistics, warehousing, recruitment, or delivery-based operations is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll systems
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and team-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, field-intensive roles
Work Conditions:
- Should be willing to travel between sites/warehouses within the territory.
- Flexibility to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
