Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to oversee HR operations while also supporting the sales team with backend coordination. You will manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR processes, while acting as a key support link for the sales team to ensure smooth operational execution and effective field coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance tracking.
• Assist in payroll processing, appraisals, and HR documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Operations:

• Coordinate client meetings, field visits, and schedules for sales executives.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and purchase details.
• Support field executives with market mapping, territory insights, and reporting.
• Monitor sales data, customer purchase patterns, and trends to assist in planning.
• Act as a “buddy” for field executives, assisting with client communication and reporting.
• Ensure timely flow of information between sales, operations, and office teams.
• Prepare reports on sales activity, client feedback, and market performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any graduate degree.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with HR tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Capable of coordinating effectively across HR, sales, and operations functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
