After successful operations in Churu, Sikar, and Jhunjhunu, we are now expanding to Udaipur

Role:

As an HR & Operations Executive, you will manage hiring, onboarding, and coordination of field service providers and interns, ensure smooth daily operations, and support the management team in executing FixItGo’s city-level strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (field staff, interns, and local team).
• Coordinate with city service providers and maintain attendance and task records.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance.
• Support day-to-day operational planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain performance reports and assist management with data-driven insights.
• Handle employee queries and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or HR specialization preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer & Excel knowledge
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome

Salary & Benefits:

₹10,000 – ₹13,000/month + Incentives
Performance-based salary growth after 3 months
Certificate & Letter of Recommendation after probation
Work Location: Udaipur
