Job description involves managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining HR systems and employee data, handling employee inquiries, and supporting recruitment, key responsibilities include

  • Onboarding and offboarding: Manage onboarding formalities, and handle all exit procedures and documentation.
  • Payroll and benefits: Process salaries, statutory deductions, and reimbursements, and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Data management and systems: Maintain and update the employee database, generate reports.
  • Employee support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Recruitment support: Assist with recruiting activities like offer processing and background checks.
  • Employee relations: Help resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
