The HR Operations / Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic workforce decisions and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources such as HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
  • Measure retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates.
  • Assist in designing hiring plans, compensation, and benefits packages.
  • Forecast costs by department and help create HR budgets.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction and performance review results.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements for HR procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are preferred.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR analytics or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).j
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, R, Python, SQL) and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
