Job Description:

Airtech is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Operations) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth workforce operations at our Adibatla location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
• Support administration and operational HR activities
• Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification
• 3–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry
• Exposure to factory or plant HR operations
• Strong problem-solving and employee relations skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
