The Role
We're looking for a proactive, highly organized HR & Operations Executive to be the backbone of our day-to-day people and office functions. You'll own HR administration, support the full employee lifecycle, coordinate recruitment logistics, and keep our office and operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

People Operations: Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation, orientation, and exit processes.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure data is organized and up to date.

HR Policies & Compliance: Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, and support adherence to relevant labor regulations.

Recruitment Coordination: Support hiring by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers — scheduling interviews, managing communication, tracking and shortlisting applicants in the ATS, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Office & Operations Management: Oversee office logistics, supplies, vendor coordination, and handle correspondence with administration, partners, and collaborators.

Performance Management: Assist managers in coordinating and administering performance review cycles.

Employee Engagement: Help organize team events, activities, and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.

General Support: Take on cross-functional tasks as needed to keep people and operations functions running smoothly.
Requirements-
At least 3 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or HR/Office Administration role.

Experience working at a startup or fast-growing company in a people/HR function.

Someone who isn't afraid to wear many hats and take on multiple responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable with tools such as an ATS (e.g., Workable), LinkedIn, and Google Sheets/Docs; basic data handling and reporting skills are a plus.

Adept at using AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to enhance productivity.

Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
