HR & Operations Executive (Female )

IBC Group is hiring a Female HR & Operations Executive with experience in business centers or real estate offices. The role involves managing HR and administrative functions, coordinating across six branches, and supporting the sales team in staffing, performance, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
• Act as the link between management and branch teams to ensure alignment.
• Support the sales and admin teams with daily operations and client coordination.
• Oversee office processes, performance tracking, and branch activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and operational documentation.
• Assist in client-related matters such as leasing, Ejari, and business setup support.
• Recommend and implement improvements to internal systems and work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR, operations, or business center/real estate sector (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement operational strategies.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks across multiple branches.
• Understanding of real estate or business center operations is an advantage.
