Job Description

About Role:


The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate HR MIS reports. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with organizational policies.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Onboarding & Offboarding:


  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation (offer letters, joining forms, NDAs).

  • Conduct exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback collection.


Payroll Processing:


  • Collate attendance and leave data for payroll inputs.

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll vendor for accurate and timely salary processing.

  • Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and taxations.


HR MIS & Reporting:


  • Maintain and update employee database in HRMS.

  • Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance).

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.


Compliance & Documentation:


  • Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.

  • Maintain proper filing of HR documents and records.


Required Skills:


  • 3–5 years in HR operations, preferably in IT/Technology sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
