The HR Operations Executive – Total Rewards, Learning & Development is responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits and leading Learning & Development initiatives. The role ensures accurate payroll and competitive reward structures while driving employee growth, capability building, and effective performance management across the organisation.

  • Manage salary structures, pay bands, job evaluations, and lead annual compensation cycles (bonus, promotions, etc).
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and coordinate with Finance/HRIS.
  • Administer employee benefits (air tickets, leave policies, medical insurance) and monitor utilisation and cost trends.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for compensation & benefits queries and support employees/managers.
  • Administer performance management cycles, ensuring timely appraisals, probation reviews, and identifying development needs.
  • Maintain C&B data, dashboards, and reports; ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and support audits.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and contribute to the annual L&D plan.
  • Coordinate internal/external training programs, manage vendors, and ensure high participation.
  • Develop and deliver targeted learning sessions; translate performance gaps into development plans and track progress.
  • Maintain training records, L&D dashboards, and enhance learning tools to support continuous development.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR operations with strong focus on Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience in Learning & Development activities, including training coordination, and employee development planning.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
