Job Description: HR Operations Generalist

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from Whitefield office)

We are looking for an HR Operations Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in HR

operations/shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented,

strong in MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related

documentation

 Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance

of HR letters

 Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards

 Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data

validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting

 Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution

 Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement

 Coordinate with vendors for wellness programs and CSR engagements

 Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements

What We're Looking For

 2–3 years of HR operations/shared services experience

 Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HRMS tools

 High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process orientation

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
