Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR & Operations Intern to support our team in managing workforce activities and day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Support payroll data collection and leave tracking.
• Coordinate with production/site teams for daily reporting.
• Help in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Prepare basic reports and assist in streamlining processes.

Requirements:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
