Are you ready to explore the engine room of People and Communications? Our P&C (HR) Operations team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

About the role:

As a P&C Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the core processes that keep our people systems running smoothly. From onboarding to data management, you’ll support the team in delivering seamless HR services while developing your own professional toolkit.

This internship is designed to help you build foundational knowledge, understand P&C best practices, and become a future resource for the organization.

What will you be doing for the 3-month Internship?

  • Learn and apply HR operational processes and systems

  • Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and data updates

  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations

  • Prioritize and manage assigned tasks with precision and accountability

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements

  • Share your growing knowledge and insights with the team

What we are looking for:

  • A fresh graduate or a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Good level of English, both written and verbal is a must

  • Strong interest in HR operations, systems, and compliance

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Collaborative and detail-oriented

  • Eligible to work 5 full days a week
