Job Title: HR Operations Intern ( male preferred)

Duration: 3 Months (First Month Unpaid)

Getellaam is focused on delivering seamless operational and business solutions. We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern who is eager to learn and support our HR and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Support recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)

Maintain employee records and update HR databases

Assist in drafting HR-related documentation and reports

Help with onboarding and orientation for new hires

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes preferred

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Immediate joiner preferred
