Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage daily HR operations including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure effective coordination across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate regular reports for management on key HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop effective HR solutions.
• Manage HR service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Support HR technology adoption and system optimization for better process management.
