HR Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day HR functions, manage the HR team, and ensure seamless execution of people processes across all departments. The role will support the VP–HR in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 6–10 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or similar industries.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS/SAP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
