HR Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and process-driven HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations within a dynamic real estate environment. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and driving efficient HR processes to support business growth and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
    • Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
    • Manage HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Handle onboarding, probation management, confirmations, and offboarding processes.
    • Ensure smooth employee transitions and a positive employee experience.
    • Manage employee documentation including contracts, visas, and renewals.
    • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Payroll & Compensation Management
    • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with finance.
    • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and benefits administration.
    • Manage employee compensation structures and allowances.
    • Ensure compliance with WPS and UAE labor regulations.
  • Compliance & Labor Law
    • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage visa processing, labor contracts, and government-related documentation.
    • Support audits and ensure HR compliance standards are met.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.
  • HR Systems & Reporting
    • Manage HRIS and ensure accurate data management.
    • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
    • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and performance.
    • Provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
    • Lead and manage the HR operations team.
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance management.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure smooth communication across HR and business units.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR best practices.
