About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and process-driven HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations within a dynamic real estate environment. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and driving efficient HR processes to support business growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding, probation management, confirmations, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure smooth employee transitions and a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee documentation including contracts, visas, and renewals.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Payroll & Compensation Management
- Oversee payroll processing in coordination with finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and benefits administration.
- Manage employee compensation structures and allowances.
- Ensure compliance with WPS and UAE labor regulations.
- Compliance & Labor Law
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Manage visa processing, labor contracts, and government-related documentation.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance standards are met.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.
- HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HRIS and ensure accurate data management.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
- Track key HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and performance.
- Provide insights to support decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage the HR operations team.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication across HR and business units.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR best practices.
